Is this Sharp X1 entry a compilation of sorts? I found it in split volumes:

It looks to be a split of the other versions, plus the pole vaulting wasn't in the other releases. (The backside cover images are similar to the other six competitions)
The gamefaq images you linked to, seems to have the same person as source as the screenshots we have?
