When approving an 'official site' submitted by a user, I suggest this should be handled the same way as a 'related site' submission. Currently the approver can edit an existing 'official site' entry, but a blank entry cannot be edited. Instead the method for blank/missing entries seems to be to first submit a related site with the official site link, and then change that entry to become the official site, this disconnects the original submitter from the entry itself, and requires two separate methods in the approval process.

It would be better (in my opinion) to have the same submission method for the official site as for the related sites and only have the approver verify the link, instead of manually copying the link to an existing entry or make a new submission of their own, in order to keep the links between the original submitter and the data entry.
