This game was anywhere between 2014-2016 and got pulled I think so probably won't find it. It cost a dollar and it starts off your coming back from your vacation with a mountain in front of you but you end up crashing (demo ends after that and you have to pay a dollar). You wake up in hospital and it plays as a visual novel but there are hidden object elements as I had a hard time getting through a stage. There is a coroner doctor named Lena and a doctor named Ivan or Igor who ends up blowing up the hospital at the end as it was doing experiments for the military. Developer was Korean almost sure if not maybe Chinese since all their other games were on Korean or Chinese.
