There was this game I remember playing on my iPad about 2015-2017 (This is when I first started playing it, not necessarily when it came out). It had a green elf girl on the icon and an anime/chibi art style. It was a top-down game with gameplay like Monster Strike, where your characters were circles that you could launch by pulling backwards. It used a gacha system and was shut down and taken off the app store many years ago. It took place in a sci-fi/space setting with some fantasy elements.
