[Windows] "ATI (Radeon 8000 series)" graphics card, supported by among others Unreal II, is not available. It seems like it should be, as the 7000 series is.

[Windows] "ATI (3D Rage / mach64 GT/VT/VT2)" and "Matrox (MGA Millennium)" cards are supported by Millennium Soldier: Expendable but can not be selected due to cut-off date.

Not missing per se, but for Amstrad CPC games with recent dates only 320x200 resolution is available as a selection--not 160x200 or 640x200 which are also common (date cut off).

Please add "Vitalize!" as a technology for browser games. This was a proprietary browser plugin, similar to the Unity browser plugin, released by Clickteam compatible with their 2D game engines (Multimedia Fusion, The Games Factory, Click & Create, possibly other iterations.
It was only available for Windows and was eventually replaced by the Flash exporter in 2010, and then HTML5 in 2014.

--DONE-- Windows: I believe "DirectDraw" should be added as an API selection, alongside Direct3D and OpenGL. Since it's different from Direct3D, some games offer a choice between both, and requiring DirectDraw is a frequent compability issue for older games (similar to Glide).

Thanks. If it wasn't clear though, none of the above requests have been adressed yet.
