The Korean rating system, GRB (Game Rating Board), has been abandoned. All of the rating works have been transferred to GRAC (Game Rating and Administration Committee). See https://www.grac.or.kr/english/about/overview.aspx

Nothing has been abandoned, they just changed their name. Updated it.
