Overview edit · view history

BrezzaSoft was founded by ex-SNK Corporation employees. After releasing two unlicensed Neo-Geo games, they released their own hardware platform, the Crystal System. Advertised as an interchageable cartridge 2D game machine, it was positioned as a successor to the Neo-Geo. BrezzaSoft would release two games for the Crystal System alongside several games by South Korean licensees.

In 2003 BrezzaSoft merged with Sun Amusement, who were themselves acquired by Playmore Corporation, reuniting ex-SNK staff and providing Playmore with in-house development resources.
