MacPlay's web page used to be www.macplay.com. According to archive.org, as of July, 2008, that page now points to MumboJumbo's homepage.

The publisher currently called MacPlay uses the brand name under exclusive worldwide license from Interplay Entertainment Corp.

There was a time, according to the United States Patent and Trademark Office, when the trademark was not registered by any corporation: the trademark's registration was canceled May 9, 2002. It was not listed as registered again until Nov. 25, 2003.
