King Records is a Japanese record company founded in 1931 under its parent company, the Japanese publisher Kodansha. It became an independent label in the 1950's.

Besides being a music label, the company has also published several Japanese games for many various platforms. It has published games on the NES, Game Boy, SNES, TurboGrafx-CD, Saturn, Playstation, Game Boy Color, and the Game Boy Advance. It seems to have started publishing games in 1987 until it stopped with the last known published game in 2004.
