Owlcat Games is a game development studio with Russian and Cypriot offices, founded in 2016 from select developers who worked on Heroes of Might and Magic V and Silent Storm at Nival.

Their first two projects were crowdfunded Pathfinder-licensed RPGs Kingmaker (2018) and Wrath of the Righteous (2021).

By 2021, the studio had approximately 60 employees.

On 13 August 2024, the company announced to start publishing other studios' games as well.
