OmNom Apps is an independent mobile and Facebook application development company based in Torrance, California. The company was founded by Tony Ngo and Kevin Hamano in May 2011. Om Nom Apps is named after the word for eating in Lolspeak with the implication that their apps can easily and deliciously be digested.
Since May 2011, OmNom Apps has created and released numerous applications including Button Smasher, Scribblr, and Anagram Twist. Button Smasher was the semi-finalist in the inaugural App Madness Tournament. Anagram Twist became the top 20 free word game in the iTunes App Store in the United States and Canada.
