Softsel was an American software wholesaler which opened a warehouse near Heathrow Airport (UK) in 1983. The managing director was a New Yorker named Herb Blumstein.
The press release at the time promised 1,800 titles from 150 companies for sale to UK dealers, including 50 titles for the Commodore 64, more than 100 for the VIC-20 and 400 (on cassette, cartridge and disc) for the Atari 400 and 800.
