Sidecar Studios was a casual game development studio announced on 2 April 2006 by the developers who were with Frog City Software when it was closed by Take-Two Interactive in March 2006. Parts of the team were merged in Firaxis, but a core of veteran developers stayed behind to form Sidecar Studios.

An Xbox 360 XBLA game for Sierra Online was announced, but the company was closed on 10 February 2007. Of the people involved only Rachel Bernstein, one of the founders of Frog City Software, is confirmed to have been with Sidecar. Bernstein then became a producer at Electronic Arts for various titles in the SimCity series.
