The company announces that it is merging with Gamepot Inc. and that both companies will function under a new, US-based holding company headed by Hiroki Totoki and Lan Hoang as co-CEOs.

The company announces that it has acquired ijji Games LLC, the operators of the online gaming portal ijji.com, from NHN Corporation as part of a deal that gives Aeria Games the first right to publish NHN's online games worldwide outside of Asia. Aeria Games also receives a financial investment from NHN to further fuel their growth as a global market leader in MMO games.
