Description
Bau AG is a simulation of the complete building industry. From commencement of work at building site to building the construction to completion. You are in charge for the whole process of building a house, mall, hospital or bank.
To accomplish your task you have to administrate the human resources, construction equipment, treatment and handling of waste, basic electrical and sanitary installations and many more things. You have to plan the building from scratch. You have to make your own blueprint of the building and draw it with a pencil on the ground. After that you have to plan and accomplish the complete building interior (windows, doors, stairs, elevators etc.). Every single object must be placed in the right place, as you planned with your blueprint for every structural level.
You have to watch the time and the budget to solve the your mission. There are 20 missions with linear increasing complexity. After finishing your last mission you are able to build your own buildings in the sandbox mode.
