Semper Fidelis: Marine Corps
Description official description
Although marketed by the publisher as a completely new game, Semper Fidelis: Marine Corps bundles Söldner: Secret Wars (which already had a US release) slipstreamed with the expansion pack Söldner: Marine Corps. The re-release of this team-based multiplayer warfare shooter was developed by what was left of Wing Simulations along with the new development team Project-Z development. The name Söldner was completely dropped to avoid associations with the original game, which was not received well by the press.
Owners of this version can play against any Söldner player, even if they don't have the expansion pack, as long as all the patches are applied. This version of the game has been patched up to v33671. A notable change is that for the North American release, the AGS (Advanced Gestures System) was altered to remove swearing.

Trivia
Semper Fidelis is Latin for Always Faithful. It is no coincidence it is used for this game, as it has been the motto of The United States Marine Corps since 1883. The motto, often abbreviated as "Semper Fi", signifies the dedication that individual Marines are expected to have loyalty to "Corps and Country" and to their fellow fighting men and women, for the rest of their days and beyond. It is also the title of the corps' official march.
