Description
A translation of traditional Chinese Checkers.
If you ever played "Argo Checkers" or "Hexxagon", do not dare to enter into this confusing realm of checkers. First of all, you have twice as many checkers, and there can be up to six players, which is more than enough to mess up your life.

The best PC based chinese checkers game I have ever played!
The Good
I love the intro music, the game play is fun with no hangups, I like the simple yet pleasant graphics, and the ability to toggle sound and/or players on or off.
The Bad
What I didn't like, is that the company (ImagiSOFT) that developed it, didn't appear to make more games than they did.
I have 2 of 3: Chinese Checkers, and Redhook's Revenge, they're both great!!!
The Bottom Line
This is a DOS based game, though one has to create a shortcut manually, the installation itself is easy and painless, and also includes an icon for windows.
The intro sound track is simple, yet mesmerizing and addictive, no wonder ImagiSOFT won an award for its sound track the year it was released.
The game play is simple yet challenging, and not at all boring, one may choose 1 of 6 chinese symbols (dragon, mantis, etc.), to represent their player, either one against the computer, or up to 6 players may play each other. The more players, the more fun the game (even if it does get a little crowded).
Each move is accompanied by the sound of a moving marble, and each character has it's own distinctive sound when it's their turn to move.
The sound is an option, so it may be toggled off if desired.
