Bruce Lee: Quest of the Dragon

The Good
The ability to play Bruce Lee in a 3-D game is any martial artists dream come true. This game attempted to get the 70's feel as well as attempting to get the feel of those old Bruce Lee movies, which the game actually does pretty well. Many complain about the acting, but then the bad dubbing in the game was done on purpose. Bruce Lee was rendered nicely in 3-D.The Story was just as corny as any other martial art action flick from the 70's.

The Bad
What this game did right sadly does not over shadow what was done poorly in the game. The game is hard at times due to timing problems cause by the control scheme and the camera angles can get in the way of game play. Bruce Lee was rendered nicely in 3-D, but everything else was lacking in terms of graphics. Bruce Lee is the movies had a presence to him that felt strong, fast, and powerful. In this game Bruce Lee feels slow and sluggish. The game can crash and its long load times make this game annoyingly bad. Yes, there were good aspects of the game, but the bad far out-weighed the good in this one.

The Bottom Line
There was good points, but the bad seems to stick out. Buy this game for around $1 only to hang the CD in your car for decoration, because the playability of this game is questionable. Some will love it, because it's Bruce Lee and the others will just hate it.
