The Breakdown
Description
The Breakdown is a short, freeware, point & click adventure game written in the style of the old Lucas Arts adventure games and containing quite a few references to them. Anyone remember "I am rubber, You are glue"?
In this humourous cartoon style adventure the player takes the role of a young computer hacker who, while at a convention in another town, finds an old lottery ticket at the bottom of his back pack. Wonder of wonders - it's a winner! The catch is that he has just five hours to return to the lottery office to collect his winnings. On the way there his car breaks down and the game is based on the trials he has to go through to get his car fixed.
The game has an original music score, logical puzzles and a save / load facility.
