I know there is a way to look up the number of unique games (i.e. not counting multiple platforms for a single game). I think Terok knew how to find that. Can anyone tell me that number?

Personally, I also like to subtract compilations (currently 1570), which still leaves us with 20486 unique games.
When was 30 000? It was less than a year ago, wasn't it?
It was 37,144 on 1st January 2008.
