W. Bryan EllisDeveloper BIO
Bryan Ellis on himself (from the 'Making of Protostar' audio feature):“I kind of woke up one day and thought ‘Oh gosh! I’m drawing an awful lot here’, so I went to New Jersey to Joe Kubert School of Cartoon and Graphic Arts and studied Animation there for three years. Prior to going to Joe Kubert I also went to college in Illinois for a year and a half taking Commercial Art, studying basic design and logos and all that. After Joe Kubert, I moved out to Los Angeles, and was picked up by
Sierra On-Line. A lot of game companies are using animators now for their characters. I worked for Sierra, and Sierra kind of laid me off pretty quick. I think they were stumbling and kind of are stumbling a little bit still. I was lucky enough to get picked up by
Tsunami.”
