Entered the industry in September 1998, joining the Silicon Knights Design team following ten years of sales in the gaming field. Promoted to Lead Designer in May of 1999, and served in that capacity on Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem (GameCube) and Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes (GameCube) and for a portion of the development on Too Human (Xbox 360). Still at Silicon Knights as of August 2008, working as Senior Technical Designer on an unannounced project.

Married in May of 1998, separated in July of 2006, divorced November 2007. Married Catherine McKenzie in August of 2008. Father to two sons from his first marriage, Evan (1999) and Kyle (2002) and two daughters from his second, Emily (1999) and Grace (2008).
