Neil Hartop graduated from the Napier Film, Photography and Digital imaging course In Edinburgh. He is currently an independent film maker with extensive skills in game development and film visual effects.

He has recently worked with RockStar North in the development of Grand Theft Auto IV and is currently writing on a short and a feature length film.
