Bevan was involved with animating and developing a number of games in the late 1980s including the Amiga versions of Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego? and Where in the USA is Carmen Sandiego?. In addition to these to games Bevan illustrated and animated an Amiga game called S.D.I. and a Mac game called 4th & Inches.

Bevan continued working in the illustration and design industry through the 1990’s working for WordPerfect, Novell and Corell. In 1996 Bevan left Corell to start his own design firm, Candesa Interactive. Bevan managed the development of a number of multimedia and web projects, some of the most well known were the following:

  • Shrek.com
  • Stewart Little II
  • The Sci-Fi channel’s Taken web site (miniseries)
  • Hallmarks Dinatopia web site (miniseries)
Bevan also builds and sells musical instruments.
