Overview edit · view history

Codo Technologies are headed by Julian and Nick Gollop. These individuals were responsible for the hugely successful X-Com series of games (which sold over a million copies worldwide) as well as such classics as Rebelstar Raiders and the original Laser Squad.

In the past they had been disenchanted with the way in which publishers had treated them, often watering down concepts and making unreasonable and short-sighted demands.

In 2001 the brothers brewed a cunning business proposition which was as original and groundbreaking as their past games had been. Their mission was to provide high quality games directly to the people who matter, the gamer. How could this be achieved? Well the internet gave them the distribution vehicle and their new project Laser Squad Nemesis provided a gaming experience as addictive, challenging and ultimately as fun as their previous titles. This approach echoed their own humble beginnings over ten years ago prior to the lure of big publishers and the resulting consequences. The phrase "back to the future" never had a more resonant and appropriate meaning.

With a respected and mature heritage, a unique business model and a first class game, Codo Technologies was formed in 2001. Their launch title 'Laser Squad Nemesis' received rave reviews from all over the world and developed a loyal and supportive following. Codo are not only constantly refining and developing Laser Squad Nemesis but are also developing new and exciting associated business opportunities.
