On Deck Interactive (ODI), a games division of The Gathering of Developers, was formed in May 2000 to capitalize on the enormous potential of up and coming developers. ODI functions as a "farm league" for developers on the rise and as an incubator wherein The Gathering and ODI's management and technology partners works together to ensure that these new teams successfully complete quality games.
