    • Encore Software became a majority-owned subsidiary of Navarre Corporation (NASDAQ: NAVR), a Minneapolis MN-based distributor of a broad range of home entertainment and multimedia software products.

    Mar 31, 2003:

    • Encore signs publishing agreement with JoWooD Productions Software AG an Austrian game developer and publisher, for the marketing and distribution of nine games throughout North America.

    Jun 06, 2004:

    • Encore Software announces that they have cancelled the Daredevil game. It was under development for two years and scheduled to be released on PlayStation 2 and Xbox at the end of 2004.
